The Parking Meter Department is located on the North-West side of Convention Center, and is a separate department from the Police, having their own enforcement officers.
PARKING:
Meters are in effect from the Friday immediately preceding
Memorial Day until and including the second Sunday following
Labor Day between the hours of 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 midnight.
Please do not park in driveways, across sidewalks, at yellow curbs in any yellow areas. Do not allow your vehicle to cross any part of a yellow line. These regulations are enforced and violators will have their vehicles towed and impounded.
Oversized vehicles must use certain designated parking areas.
HANDICAPPED:
Ramps to the beach are available at Maryland Avenue, Philadelphia
Street and the Boardwalk and Surf Avenue and the Boardwalk. Beach wheelchairs are available. Parking spaces are provided
for the handicapped throughout the City. Vehicles with handicapped plates or
permits who park in metered spaces will be required to pay the meters. The comfort station at
Baltimore Avenue and the Boardwalk is handicapped accessible. For
